Magnet Capital have recently finished a new build project of two wonderful new build flats in Wokingham, one of which was presold.
The total loan of £325,000 was used to fund the full build costs, and the project completed and redeemed within 12 months.
The client, Kristian Connor noted, “Excellent service from start to finish, could not have hoped for the project to go any better from the finance side of things. Already planning my next projects and will 100% be working with these guys again.”
