We’ll arrange a meeting, in person or via video, to gain a deeper understanding of you, your project, and future pipeline, offering our expertise where needed. 

We’ll present a tailored development finance loan offer, structured around your project. Our team will guide you through the details and answer any questions before proceeding. 

Our valuer and monitoring surveyor will visit the site to prepare their reports, often alongside the Magnet Capital team. The same professionals remain throughout the project to ensure consistency and smooth delivery.

Once underwriting is complete, funds are released. Throughout the build we remain closely involved to ensure drawdowns are managed efficiently, supporting steady cash flow and keeping your project on track.
